Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be managing a small team specialized in Rewards, Talent, and HR Operations. You will be handling the full C&B function for the Hong Kong office and initiating new C&B projects. You will also be researching and collecting on salary bench-marking, remuneration reviews, and conducting staff surveys. A fraction of the role will also be involving in talent development agendas,
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 12 plus years in HR and at least of which 3 within the C&B space. You should be diligent, detail-minded and sensitive to numbers and figures. You must have team management experience and excellent interpersonal skills.
