Our client is seeking a senior, strategic learning & development specialist, to work across global offices to drive business growth and performance across all business units through designing and delivering learning programs.
Responsibilities will include:-
- Plan, execute, evaluate and analyze all learning initiatives in support of the business' people strategy and priorities.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand the ever- changing requirements of their business and to design appropriate learning initiatives in line with employees' needs.
- Design, execution and facilitation of learning programs globally including leadership development, management training, soft skills and culture change.
- Support the development of new joiners through onboarding, training and coaching.
We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development specialist with experience in design and facilitation of learning programs. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and be passionate about employee development.
