About the Job
Reporting to the Head of Rewards for Asia, the Total Rewards Manager will be the go-to person for the regional stakeholders and HR leaders to consult and advice on the directives of Compensation and Benefits policies, governance and harmonization to support an organisation in hyper growth phrase. The Total Rewards Manager will be critical to provide an insightful analysis and recommend solutions to set, design and implement the directives and changes in the C&B structure to support and drive a high performing culture across different locations.
With an ambitious growth plan set, the Total Rewards Manager will collaborate closely with the Global C&B team and peers in other international markets to ensure modernization of C&B policies, programmes and processes. The Total Rewards Manager will oversee any regional and/or global projects on the betterment of C&B policies in the region, this may include working closely with external partners to identify potential issues and/or conceptualise solutions to aid.
The Successful Applicant
You should have at least 10 years of Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards experience in a fast paced and matrix organisation, preferably gained in a high growth environment. It would be advantageous to have regional, international and/or global exposure. You have strong C&B foundation to be able to design and craft high level strategies, and hands on to drive those strategies. You are consultative, numerical savvy and solutions oriented. Coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills, you are a team player, self-starter and culturally sensitive to drive Total Rewards programmes across multiple sites.
