A world-famous investment group is now recruiting for a Total Reward Manager to join them to advise on best practice for total reward processes, contributing to the planning, design and implementation of compensation and benefit programmes. Managing and collaborating with internal and external partners on devising new total reward schemes and implementing changes to existing where necessary. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will support end-to-end planning and execution of compensation budgets and programs, acting as a professional thought leader, providing oversight to the development of pay, reward, benefits and performance strategies. You will advise and influence business leaders, key stakeholders and vendors to ensure that all programs support the efforts to cultivate a diverse, talented and engaged workforce and partner with HR colleagues to ensure that total reward initiatives and programs are aligned with the strategic direction of the business. Having recently completed a thorough salary benchmarking exercise (results of which will require some refinement to current pay-scales) the business is also about to complete a similar programme to assess and qualify their benefits offering and identify any provision gaps from their peer group. This is a great opportunity for a senior reward manager to showcase their skills and experience across total rewards and take charge of some interesting programmes in addition to BAU cyclical processes (compensation review, job grading, pay modeling) Unusually, the business is happy to meet candidates from outside financial services. Candidates must have gained solid compensation and benefits experience and be comfortable working in a standalone capacity. Location St Paul's/Bank.
