We are delighted to have been retained by a prestigious top tier SME Financial Services firm who are looking to expand their talent offering for their early careers talent initially. Your role will expand as the role develops so you could be involved in both assessment and selection, designing an engaging onboarding process, designing and delivering technical and soft skills modules, e-learning and any other talent aspects this business is looking for.

The firm is an SME, it is small so you can really create a name for yourself there and get exposed to all levels of the company. You would be part of a team of 3 and reporting direct to the Head of HR who is fantastic!
This person will be comfortable in assessing Associates (experienced graduates) that are being brought into the firm as part of the initial recruitment assessment stage. This role will work with the providers that source the Associates, but as part of that will be active in supporting the business to select the best and most diverse candidates from the pool being presented.
Once talent is in the doors, this person will help create a supportive, performance focused and highly engaging learning environment to ensure retention and promote continual learning and development.
Working closely with senior stakeholders in being a thought partner to the business.
