My global client is seeking an experienced Talent & Development specialist who will be responsible for the end to end programme management of a very high profile talent development programme that has a very strong focus on D&I within the business. Initially this will be a 6 month contract but will be extended to 12 months at that time to cover a period of maternity. It will be a £350-500DR PAYE plus holiday pay.
This position has three key focus areas: firstly, end to end responsibility for a talent development programme that has a huge focus on internal D&I across the business. The design is already in place and you will focus on working with senior leaders to ensure the programme lands and is relevant to the audience, working closely with a 3rd party supplier and managing the experience of several cohorts; secondly, driving and executing the delivery of a global talent alumni programme; and thirdly, managing talent analytics to ensure transparency across the business, reviewing data points and the impact of talent initiatives.
While your experience will focus around Talent Development, you must have experience of driving and owning end to end programme/project management, brilliant senior stakeholder skills, and an obvious passion for learning and talent as well as being a very keen advocate of D&I initiatives. Experience of working within a complex corporate environment similar to Financial or Professional Services would be desirable.
Due to the nature of this role you must be available to start in August. The business is 100% working from home at present, in September this is likely to change to 2 days in the office, so you will need to be able to access central Birmingham.
