Our client, a mid-size organization that provides clearing and settlement services to the financial markets, is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Strategic Advisor to manage full life cycle recruitment for their Risk division. This person will serve as a lead talent advisor by building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, influence stakeholders on how to identify and acquire top talent, work effectively with the TA team on Risk roles, build a strong pipeline of talent, etc. The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of talent acquisition experience with an expertise in Risk (Models, Quantitative Credit, etc.) and a strong preference for someone to come out of regulatory agency.
