Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech (m/f/d)

and play an active part in successfully securing the company's staffing plans for the future.

Your field of work:

  • You shape future-oriented recruiting strategies for the field of engineering
  • You are responsible for End-to-End recruiting of engineering and developer positions
  • You have a knack for identifying and actively approaching suitable candidates in Germany and around the word
  • You conduct initial phone interviews and accompany promising candidates through the interview process
  • You continuingly contribute to developing the recruitment process
  • You test new channels design employer branding formats tailored to the tech-sector (e.g. meetups, recruiting events)

Your expertise:

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting software development profiles
  • You are familiar with terms like PHP, AWS and React.js, which enables you to find and attract the right talent
  • You are an analytical thinker and use a data driven approach to live out your experience in implementing recruiting strategies
  • Your style of work is defined by focus, structure, concise communication, and keeping a clear head in stressful situations
  • You are intrinsically motivated to advance and want to play a part writing a company's success story
  • You proactively solve problems instead of passively monitoring them
  • You enjoy being an independent self-thinker, but also appreciate lively exchanges with your team
  • You are able to communicate clearly using the English language, and ideally also using German
