Talent Acquisition Lead (SEA)

We are currently partnering exclusively with a leading global corporate to hire a Talent Acquisition Lead (SEA). Reporting into the Regional Head of HR (SEA), you will be responsible for managing Talent Acquisition Strategy, Recruitment Operations and TA Projects across a number of countries end-to-end, supported by a sizeable team. This team are responsible for all hiring up to Managing Director level, with coverage across experienced hire and campus recruitment.

This individual will partner directly with the Regional and Country Leadership team to understand commercial priorities and consult / advise them on the best approach to managing high volume and high touch Talent Acquisition. With coverage of SEA, this person will be responsible for managing a high performing team in a fast-paced complex global matrix structure. This individual will have a number of respective TA Team Leads reporting in to them, who will in turn have Recruiters reporting in to the TA Team Leads. The Team Leads are responsible for TA sourcing, pipeline, candidate experience, delivery, events and projects across each business area. You will also partner closely with the global Talent Acquisition team to roll out global TA projects locally.

This individual will be an accomplished Talent Acquisition Lead (Senior Manager / Manager level) with a track record operating internally within a large global corporate organisation which is fast paced and complex in nature. You may have the additional benefit of having had Executive Search or agency experience at an earlier point in your career. They will be comfortable managing a large team of experienced recruiters as well as managing entry - MD level hiring across South East Asia. They must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and be comfortable partnering with the Regional Leadership team to manage relationships and escalations (risks & issues) as and when needed, while motivating and developing the high performing team. Financial, Professional Services or Technology industry experience is preferred.
