Frazer Jones are looking to appoint a strong Talent Acquisition Director for our technology lead business which is enduring a growth period in both revenue and headcount.
Reporting into the HR Director:
* Design and drive the Global Talent Acquisition strategy, from an end-to-end perspective
* Managing a small team of global recruiters, managing performance, supporting, and developing individuals
* Using new methodologies and insights, ensuring the business stays ahead of the growth curve and identifies new ways of hiring top talent
* Supporting the business with Employer Branding and EVP
* Using data and insights, advice the business on trends and insights to help business performance and managing hiring processes
* Support the business on executive hiring
* Looking for an individual who has strong stakeholder management skills
* A proven track record with building recruitment teams in the Technology sector
* Passionate in finding new ways to hire top talent
* Experience in Early Careers recruitment
* Strong management experience
In return our client is looking to offer a competitive salary of £110,000-£130,000 depending on experience
