SuccessFactors HRIS Analyst

We are delighted to partner with a fast paced, dynamic, market-leading international business to recruit a SuccessFactors HRIS Analyst. This is a permanent opportunity based in Birmingham.

The role

My client, a large, global, dynamic organisation are about to embark on one of the largest UK SAP SuccessFactors implementations. They are now in the process of creating a Transformation Team to support and lead on this implementation. As a SuccessFactors HRIS Analyst, you will have responsibility for the business administration and configuration of a specific module. Areas which we are recruiting for include; Talent Development, Recruitment, Onboarding, Noncore Systems and Ecosystems.

You will work within a small team on the implementation of a specific module and have responsibility for solution design, build and issue management, optimisation, testing and colleague experience. You will build good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including the external Consultancy supporting the implementation.

The ideal candidate

You have a strong understanding of the HR function within a global, matrix, corporate organisation. You are a strong HR Analyst, ideally having worked with SuccessFactors and therefore providing you with a good understanding of the software. Alternatively you have strong experience using another large SaaS system such as Workday. You have experience in requirements gathering, resolving problems related to the system and eager to be involved in a large scale implementation with development opportunities.

As your role is business facing, you must be comfortable managing stakeholders both internal and external. You are confident, credible, professional and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
