Our client, a fast growing international service provider is looking for a
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (m/w/d) in 100% remote in Europe.
- Managing and leading the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Colaborating and stablishing a strong relationship with Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders.
- Sourcing candidates through search engines, CV databases and networking to develop high quality pipeline of candidates.
- Improving and optimizing recruitment processes.
- Managing client expectations.
- Keep high standards of engagement with candidates and clients.
- Deliver results against KPI´s and team targets.
- Minimum of four years of experience (this could vary depending on the experience of the candidate)
- Previous experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes within Europe
- Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with Hiring Managers
- Experience in High Volume Recruitment
- Ability to clearly communicate and manage senior stakeholders
- Passion for recruitment processes
- Experience in life sciences (desired but not mandatory)
- Fluency in German and English is required
