I am currently working on an exclusive basis with a global institutional-grade financial services trading house who are looking to expand their Talent Acquisition team to support the exponential expected business growth. To be successful within this role you will need demonstrable full lifecycle recruiting experience within an in-house environment or agency side, as well as the aptitude to manage multiple requisitions and the ability to work with speed to market.
Candidates ideally will come from a Financial Services sector background but must have Technology experience recruiting across the non-infrastructure platform such as Software Engineers, Developers, Architects etc. Whist this is a UK facing client group you will also be involved with EMEA recruitment when the overseas team are 'volume' stretched.
