The client is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their EMEA Recruitment team and work both collaboratively and independently to achieve the business objectives for the team.
You will be reporting into the EMEA Head of Recruitment and be responsible for sourcing candidates for operational roles varying from entry to senior levels of the business. Occasionally you may also be required to support their wider resourcing team across Europe.
Within this role, you will create tailored recruitment programmes for each role as they arise including and not limited to pre-emptive marketing, advertising and sourcing plans. This will also include sourcing, screening and assessing the competencies of potential candidates against job specifications working alongside recruiting line managers and HR business partners across the business.
You will also ensure cost-efficient sourcing tools are implemented to enable an effective recruitment experience whilst simultaneously adhering and applying relevant HR policies where relevant to the business.
The Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate previous experience within a Talent Acquisition role from the Financial Services industry. Expertise with sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and experience with Workday or Successfactors would also prove advantageous.
Alongside this, the successful applicant must have proficiencies in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Word, Powerpoint and Excel along with strong written competencies. In addition, a supplementary European language would be desirable but not a prerequisite for this role.
