Talent Acquisition Specialist
A global financial services business is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for their London office starting in mid to late October. Owing to an increase in recruitment volumes across London (80%) and Europe (10%) and Asia (10%) my client has signed off this newly created role initially on an interim basis but with the potential and intention to go permanent.
This is a new role and you'll be responsible for effectively starting the recruitment function by centralising current recruiting activity, streamlining processes, actively handling recruitment etc.
As things stand recruitment is run by the generalists in the HR team but due to the volumes this isn't manageable long term.
This is an exciting opportunity to genuinely shape and build a recruitment function. There isn't a formalized PSL or applicant tracking system however the business has an HRIS which has functionality to support the recruitment process.
In addition to the build out you must be an end to end recruiter. This is the core skill set and you'll be required to work roles at all levels and geographies from sign off to onboarding.
The prerequisites for this role include; financial services recruitment experience (regulated environment), experience in centralizing recruitment activity, In-House experience, International coverage.
