Our client, a technology company that offers a platform that automates the insights gathering process so that companies can gain access to insights faster, is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Benefits, who has 8+ years of benefits experience with global/international exposure. They underwent a huge merger in the beginning of 2022 so this person will be integral in harmonizing multiple benefits plans as well as evaluating current benefits offerings to ensure that they are competitive with the market. M&A experience is a huge plus! Must possess a can do attitude and be able to roll up your sleeves and handle the day-to-day benefits responsibilities as well as determine their communication strategy and overall benefits strategy globally. Must be comfortable in an individual contributor role for now. Our client is offering a competitive base salary and bonus. This role can be 100% remote (East Coast a must) and/or located in their midtown NYC office which is operating in a hybrid model (TBD).
