We are delighted to be working with one of the biggest names in the investment management space to find them a Senior Manager of Benefits (Director level). Reporting into the Head of Global Benefits, this newly created role will focus on supporting their c4,000 staff EMEA population in the strategic development and plan design of their benefits provision. The focus of this role is to position the business at the leading edge of Benefits travel (they benchmark against the leading global tech companies), promoting a best in class philosophy, ensuring that local plans can also be scaled into their global model (there will be strong collaboration with global team members). Significant value is placed upon the employee experience within their benefits provision and they are looking to meet candidates who can really move the employee engagement dial, leveraging technology to make the visible journey one that delights employees. Great emphasis is also placed on the quality of communications around provision choice and selection, therefore the business is looking to meet candidates who excel at designing socialisation strategies to help promote engagement and education, both at the end user population as well as the stakeholder audience. Key duties will be to develop the benefits provision, leveraging professional networks and research to have sight of where the future of benefits is heading and then liaise with key vendors to deliver end-to-end execution of new benefit initiatives. Whilst the role is based in London, the business are looking to settle into a 3 office days, 2 home days hybrid working arrangement.
