This newly created Senior L&D Business Partner role is a critical enabler in supporting their people to deliver the next phase of growth. You will report into the Senior VP Learning and Talent Development and will partner with the product and tech teams to attract, develop, and retain key talent. You will build learning and talent capability to transform and scale the tech and product communities, bring people together using first class digital transformation and technology and create meaningful learning through digital onboarding, stretch projects and digital events. You will also be accountable for driving the development of learning to fast track talent pipelines, professional qualifications, and succession planning, support and enable the growth of high performing teams and collaborate with the global team to develop broader people initiatives (management development, health and well being).
