We have a current opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner on a permanent basis to join the retail arm of a global banking institution. Based in London, this role will report into the Head of HR for the retail bank as a key hire for the firm, partnering with the MD and other ExCo members.
Senior HRBP responsibilities:
- Delivery of strategic business partnering across the retail bank
- Develop key relationships and partnerships with key senior stakeholders
- Transformation project focus across the retail bank and branches
- Leading a team of business partners with the people agenda in mind across divisions
Senior HRBP requirements:
- Experience as a senior HR Business partner in a retail banking environment is a must
- People management skills
- A strong consumer/customer focused mindset
- Experience working on change/ transformation projects
