With a global expansion initiative, a Senior HR Manager opportunity has become available in Hong Kong. The role will partner with business and HR leaders to plan, execute and implement infrastructure to support business growth. The individual will also play a key role in talent succession and design knowledge sharing strategies to support their regional roadmap in Asia Pacific.

Job Description

Reported into Global Head of HR and GM in Hong Kong, you will partner with business on strategic planning and work end-to-end on HR operations, excluding payroll and benefite administration. This is a brand new team in Asia; and therefore this person will take lead in implementing HR infrastructure including policies and procedures, HR system and operational framework. Being a market pioneer, you are required to keep abreast with market trends and talent movements, in order to plan ahead for recruitment, compensation & benefits, and talent retention strategies. The person will be able to perform HR analysis and tell stories from data. Employee engagement will also play a large part in the success of the business. This role will potentially be the one of the key drivers in business expansion for the region

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a high calibre with minimum 8 years of all-rounded HR experience in retail, hospitality, e-commerce or food & beverages sector within a multi-channel environment. This person will demonstrate high levels of planning, organising and time management kills. He/she will be someone who are confident and sophisticated in dealing with challenges and changes. Ability and resilience to drive changes and manage key stakeholders effectively will also be the key of success of this role. Complete fluency in English is highly preferred.
