A leader in the industry with strong growth plans. They are looking for a top-notch Senior HR Manager / Compensation & Benefits Specialist (sole contributor / hybrid role) to be part of their team.
This is sought-after opportunity for a high-calibre HR professional to join them as Senior HR Manager / Compensation & Benefits Specialist. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will take care of a global portfolio. You are responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions for the business, at the same time a lead for Compensation & Benefits. Responsibilities include but not limited to - stakeholder management, policies review + streamlining, employee relations & engagement, performance management, and initiating HR projects.
The Successful Applicant
You should be an all-rounder with at least 10 years of experience in HR. You should be happy to straddle the broad spectrum of HR. The Head of HR believes in empowering the team member and entrust the person to take ownership of his/her portfolio. Key to your success will be your proactive attitude, being highly adaptable to changes, flexibility and your ability to initiate.
Essential: Candidate must come with experience working in the pharmaceutical / medical devices / biotechnology industry.
Desirable: Has been in a sole contributor role.
