Are you an established Senior HR Manager or Head of HR with experience working in the legal or professional services world? If so then I have an excellent 12 month fixed term contract, as I am working with a boutique professional services firm seeking a Head of HR on a 12 month contract. Managing a team of four this role will report into the COO and drive the HR agenda across the UK employees.
With a headcount of over 200 employees, this role will oversee everything from running the salary review processes, managing performance reviews, driving the engagement levels across the firm. There is a push to develop the Diversity & Inclusion agenda as well as analyse and drive the mental health programs. The wider team picks up day to day recruitment, so this role only leads on the more senior hiring at Partner level, plus any complex employee relations cases. As this is a smaller HR team, supporting the growth of employees is key.
This will suit a hands on HR leader, with experience working in an intellectual and demanding workforce. You will need experience managing individuals and be comfortable acting as a mentor and guide from time to time.
