You will support the departments, Line Managers and employees in France, Italy and Spain on all key HR processes guiding deployment of people strategy in a constantly changing environment, a lot of emphasis in the role will be on restructuring and cost savings.
You will report to the Global HRBP responsible for the region, while being part of the European HR Team, and managing a small HR team.
The role will be responsible for acting as a trusted advisor for all HR related issues within your scope across the complete employee lifecycle. You will act as a sparring partner for HRBPs and managers on local implications and solutions for managers and/or employees in employee relations procedures. Working closely with the business to understand and address business issues and support local organizational capabilities development with HR interventions. You will support and facilitate the development of managers in people management and manager self-service. You will also drive standardization in the execution of HR policies and processes. Importantly you will closely collaborate with Workers Council and Unions. As country HR Responsible you are in contact with insurance companies, health organizations, car lease etc. In cooperation with procurement you are negotiating contracts for the countries in your scope.
We are looking for experience gained within an industrial environment, ideally in the high tech industry. Management experience is required. Strong working knowledge of social relations; French employment legislation and Collective labor agreements is key. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills are sought. Fluency in French and English is required.
