I am delighted to work with a fast paced, fast growth Financial Services organisation to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner based in Manchester with regular travel to HQ in London.
As Senior HR Business Partner, you will work for an ambitious organisation with both organic and acquisitive growth plans. You will partner with a specific business area, supporting the Director and senior leadership team to develop and implement the people agenda, aligned to Company strategy. You will work closely with senior leaders to assess performance, succession, talent/progression, training needs, resource planning etc. Alongside broad generalist HRBP activities you will also be involved in: M&A activity, TUPE transfers, organisational design & development, levelling and restructuring.
This role will suit a strategic HR Business Partner with experience gained in a fast growth, commercial environment. You will work in a lean team with challenging timelines and therefore may need to reactively work operationally with a proactive focus on HR strategy. The successful candidate will be confident, approachable and have a strong work ethic with development opportunities available as the organisation expands.
