Due to an internal promotion, this award-winning consumer facing organisation is looking for a Senior HRBP to help continue their impressive growth journey. You will partner with engaging, senior executives to enable the most important functions in the organisation to deliver top line growth through exceptional people practices.
About the role:
- Build a high performing leadership team in a period of growth
- Manage a diverse range of HR responsibilities from change management, employee relations, employee development & succession planning.
- Develop & implement local & regional plans & strategies
- Deliver exceptional support & guidance to leaders and employees
- Identify opportunities, trends & provide solutions that proactively drive the business forward.
- Drive the culture & people strategy to ensure current & future success
- Proactively drives innovation & change with the HR Team & organization
- Mentor others in the P&C Team
- Looking for a 'good to great' organisation which highly values the People function
- Have exceptional relationship building & influencing skills
- Enjoy partnering with a commercial function that is fast-paced, social and passionate
- Commercially savvy and love building a deep understanding of how the business works from the ground up
- Demonstrated leadership & team building capabilities
