I am working with a well-known Professional Services Firm in Bristol who are actively recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor to join their busy HR function. As the Senior HR Advisor you will work closely with the HR Business Partner and wider HR team providing all HR advice to colleagues and managers across the business. This will include conducting maternity, paternity and flexible working requests. Dealing with absence management, Employee Relation case work, conducting probation reviews, dealing with HR inductions and on boarding and being the first point of contact for all HR advice and guidance. In conjunction with senior members of the HR team you will support on diversity & inclusion, well being, community engagement and sustainability.
To be successful in this role you will need to be working at a similar level within an advisory capacity ideally within Professional Services. You will be a proactive team player with effective written and verbal communication skills, be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and have the ability to engage and influence at all levels. My client is looking for someone who is degree educated or holds a minimum of CIPD Level 5 with up to date working knowledge of current employment law and HR best practice.
