I am working with a Bristol based HR Consultancy that is looking for a Senior HR Advisor on a permanent basis. The position faces externally with clients based in the UK and Internationally to support their HR and Employment needs and this is an exciting opportunity that will allow you to combine strong commercial skills with your generalist HR experience.
The role is accountable for managing 10-15 main client accounts as well as smaller accounts, with you acting as a Business Partner to deliver HR services and working with an external HR Administration business and International 'local' providers to assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures which meet the needs of the client. This will include onboarding, policies, employee handbooks, terminations, C&B's, employment law and contracts, and any associated HR queries.
This could suit someone from a variety of backgrounds including a similar HR Consultancy or MSP, or someone working in an HR Shared Services or HR Advisory position who is looking for something a little bit more commercial and client-facing externally. It is also a terrific opportunity to learn and develop your experience of International HR and clients. You will need to combine this experience with a strong and broad generalist HR skillset, and be a confident communicator with internal and external clients who is able to develop and build strong relationships at all levels.
With an International client base the majority of your time will be spent WFH/remote, but you will need to be able to access an office based in central Bristol from time to time.
