Our client is a high-performing, global, professional services firm with a significant brand presence in the Middle East. They have recently identified a need to recruit a Senior HR Advisor for the region. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for end to end HR activates across the employee life cycle and manage several key projects. It is important that you are happy to role your sleeves up, HR administration will be a key element in the role as well.
This is a true generalist role, in which you will take the lead on day-to-day HR issues.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management and compensation & benefits.
* Ensure the organisation is compliant with labour law in the respective jurisdictions, including employee relations matters and providing relevant advice to the business.
* Be responsible for enhancing employee engagement, retention and productivity.
* Manage the performance management process, which will include training and developing the Managers on the process to ensure the best out comes and meaningful conversations take place.
This position requires an ambitious and results driven individual who is technically confident and bright. You will be a strong relationship builder with a pragmatic approach. To be successful in this role you will have a solid HR background, ideally with experience working for a law firm/consulting business.
