I have taken on a 9 month FTC HR Business Partner role with a global law firm, supporting the fee-earning client group. This will be a hands on and true generalist, supporting the needs of circa 250 employees in the fee-earning function. As a business the HR Business Partner will handle everything including employee relations, succession planning, employee engagement as well as a number of HR projects across the business.
The HR Business Partner reports into the Head of HR and will have a large amount of autonomy to oversee and lead on projects. This fee-earning group will be going trough a workforce allocation project and this will be a pilot for London, so this is a great chance to run this project end to end. Alongside the strategic piece this need someone who can deliver operationally on a day to day, including work across wellness and diversity projects too.
You will need to be an HR Business Partner coming from a professional services environment, but ideally with experience supporting a fee-earning client group. There isn't a bonus on top of the base salary but you will qualify for the usual including pension, private medical and more. This will likely be a late February or early March start.
