A global start-up HR Consultancy firm is looking for a seasoned leader to join them as the Senior Director to lead their Talent & Leadership Advisory business, who can either be based in Beijing, or Shanghai, China.
Reporting to the Partner of Greater China, this Senior Director will manage a team to provide client solution on Engagement, Culture, and Leadership Advisory. This person will take a lead in the overall business development for the North China market (target USD$3million in revenue). He/she will also work very closely with the global leadership team to continue to build out the brand to obtain more market shares by cross-selling by functionality and geographic. As a start-up in a competitive market, this Senior Director is also a key-driver on growing and team and engaging the team.
The ideal candidate should be equipped with a minimum of 12+ years of management consulting, business management and/or HR consultancy. He/she should have strong business acumen and credibility to communicate effectively with clients at all level including the C-suites. As the person is expected to lead a team, prior team management experience (of minimum 5 years is a prerequisite). The business is striving to expand the North China market, hence, fluency in Mandarin is essential and fluency in English is also a must. It is expected the successful candidate is able to bring in new business/clients as well as managing the existing portfolios established by the company.
