We are working with a rapidly growing international management consultancy who have seen immense, sustained growth in their business over the last two years. They are seeking to appoint a senior director to their business with a strong focus on driving revenue, growing relationships and client accounts. As an experienced, senior consulting professional you will be managing and delivering seven figure consulting revenues and working with large, complex clients who demand high standards and creative solutions. Leading a team of consultants, you will have the commercial responsibility for managing profitability, forecasting as well as operating at C-suite in terms of your client relationship management.
As a firm which sits outside of the Big 4 this role could appeal hugely to an individual in a larger consulting firm who is looking to have great influence and impact on their own role and on shaping the growth of the business they are in. You will have expertise and interest that sits across project and programme management, organisational design, workforce transformation and change management. As this is a client facing role it will combine the ability to work on client site, in the office and remotely.
