We currently have an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Rewards Lead to join a highly successful and truly global business.
This role will have a significant opportunity to develop reward strategies and drive compensation and benefits across the globe to attract, motivate and retain the very best talent. This high profile role will report to the Global Head of Rewards and act as consultant to the senior leadership team on all aspects of total rewards, including global guidelines, policies and schemes across multiple countries and regions.
We are looking for a high calibre Reward professional with proven experience in managing Total Rewards on a regional or multi-regional basis. An ability to work autonomously where needed with a hands on approach will be key, as is an ability to manage multiple projects effectively, driving tangible outcomes and sustainable change in Rewards.
Experience working within multinational corporations within fast paced environments essential. An ability to think innovatively, manage complex, cross-cultural issues and influence effectively within a highly matrixed organization will be key.
