Frazer Jones are partnering with an insurance business for a Reward Partner position. This company has been a specialist Lloyds syndicate for over 30 years, experiencing steady and reliable growth and boasts a highly diverse and global client base. Based in central London near Bank they are offering a flexible hybrid working model. The business has about 2500 employees across the UK, US, EMEA and Asia.
For this role as Reward Partner you will be working in a reward team of 3 and reporting to the Head of Reward. You will have a Reward Advisor to assist with some of the more administrative tasks of the role. Your main responsibilities will be to carry out the annual compensation review, including salary and bonus review and everything else this entails such as benchmarking exercises. You will also be heavily in involved in HR analytics to help provide commercial insights and aid decision making for the business. The role will also include HRIS work and gender and ethnicity reporting. The role will include various project work and require you to develop and improve reward tools and processes. This is a new role and there are further plans to expand the team in the company's 3-5 year plan. This is a highly forward thinking role where the successful candidate must help drive the Reward function to increase its HR analytics and forecasting abilities.
You must have previous experience in a reward role, completing annual salary and bonus reviews. Ideally you will have analytical experience with advanced Excel skills and it's highly advantageous if you have experience with VBA/PowerBI/Tableau. Experience in designing and implementing new bonus/incentive schemes, with an emphasis on changes to pay mix is preferable and you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and all levels and present data on compensation and other areas of HR analytics.
