The Role

This newly created role is a critical position for the organisation and reports to the Head of Reward. You will be responsible for the end to end implementation of the compensation & reward programs for the Group.

The Criteria

You will have experience of operating at a senior level in a reward role for a multinational. You will also be able to effectively operate in a fast moving, dynamic, growing environment.
