Frazer Jones is now partnering exclusively with a leading name in the gaming sector to source a Reward Analyst on a permanent basis. They are a FTSE 40 tech business with operations in over 20 regulated markets and a global presence.
This is a unique opportunity for a HR Professional/Generalist (with Reward experience) or Reward Administrator to join an agile team and expand their career within Reward
As their Reward Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of the Reward team function through the creation, analysis and management of reward and MI data.
Duties will include:
- Provide first line support of day-to-day reward related queries
- Support in the delivery of the annual pay and bonus review processes
- Support divisional pay analysis, levelling, and benchmarking
- Prepare data required to support globally managed reward processes or reporting e.g., global gender pay gap analysis etc
To be considered, you must be an advanced user of Microsoft Excel, possess a strong data management and analytical skills. Previous experience of providing data management and analytics support within an HR function would be beneficial as well as a knowledge of Workday, Prism, PowerBI or Tableau.
In return, you will receive up to £50,000 per annum plus 10% bonus, excellent benefits, career progression, extremely flexible working and unlimited holidays.
