The business has c.500 staff and growing, and has a highly flexible and agile working model. This is a commercial business looking to further expand its success. This new role of Reward Analyst will be instrumental in that success by providing valuable insights and analysis in to the area of reward and HR.
Working as the HR Analyst, this is a permanent role reporting straight in to the Head of HR. You will be responsible for the design and delivery of reward schemes, HR and reward reporting services, people data insights, and become their HRIS super user. Duties will include implementation of the annual pay review; calculation of the annual bonus scheme plus other incentive and commission schemes; plus shaping various reports such as Gender and Ethnicity pay gap reporting. You will design, implement, continuously develop and enhance the quality of management information reporting and HR analytics, plus deliver monthly and quarterly management information reports. You will also liaise with Willis Towers Watson to complete benchmarking exercises and consult on bonus scheme designs. Another part of your role will be to oversee the company benefits and manage any renewals by liaising wtih brokers and vendors.
To be considered for this role you must have experience completing a similar position in reward. It is essential you have excellent communication and customer service skills as well as an analytical mindset and eye for detail. You must also be a competent user of Excel.
