Our client, a highly regarded global financial services firm, with a sizable population across Asia, is looking for a Compensation & MI Lead (VP level) for Asia to join the HR team, based in Singapore. Reporting in to the Regional Head of Reward, this individual will be responsible for overseeing Compensation and MI reporting end-to-end across 10+ countries, in a strategic and operational role partnering with the regional leadership team.

This person will work closely with Regional Leadership & HR BPs to lead annual comp cycles and provide analytical support for compensation cycles partnering with the global reward team. You will manage complex incentive plans, market compensation surveys (job matching, analysis), drive regional compensation projects, as well as supporting people analytics and HR reporting. This is a lean and visible team where you will have a lot of interaction internationally with HR & the business in a broad role.

This individual will currently be operating in a large global financial services organisation (ideally IB / WM), based in Singapore, in a Compensation VP capacity.
