This is a rapid growth PE-backed business that already has an established HR function and some good recruitment processes and capability. The role of TA Manager will manage the team, support the development of the recruiters and also be hands-on with key hires.
As well as working with suppliers and directly sourcing for top talent, you will be running campaigns, working closely with your stakeholders to identify capability gaps, workforce planning challenges and better routes to market. You will be responsible for improving assessment material, ensuring the organisation is well represented so that candidates have the best possible experience

The job is permanent and requires a very deep level of in-house experience within a small to medium PE-backed business.
