Exclusive: This newly created exciting role will oversee the lateral and early careers hires. This role is operational and 'hands on recruitment' and you will also get to oversee branding, the employer value proposition, talent pipelining and ensuring the candidate experience is at the heart of every touchpoint. You will have active roles to fill, across Singapore, and growing markets in key locations across APAC.

You will engage the team and support the build of the brand in the market by pipelining talent into the business; thereby reducing hiring costs. Responsible for creating and forecasting key KPIs such as time to hire. This role is about quality hiring as opposed to volume.

You can support on global, regional and local recruitment related projects. This person will own and execute the recruitment policy and look to enhance and streamline processes.

You will enable managers to execute and conduct fair interviews and assessments and challenge where needed and advise around like-for-like replacements, for example.

Global/APAC/Local Recruitment Projects:

Early Careers:

They have a small intake of both Graduates and Interns. This person will help formalise and create an engaging programme for both the external applicants, successful candidates as well as the business to ensure a steady pipeline of future talent into the business across Singapore and Hong Kong. Support in the creation and execution of the early careers recruitment strategy for Singapore The firm.

The Firm:

This is a high-energy and demanding business, facing off to Partners and senior managers and providing a proactive Recruitment service and acting as key contact for all recruitment related matters.

The firm are experiencing steady growth due to repeated success. The APAC HR team are highly collegiate and collaborative. You will work alongside the friendly and locally based HR team in Singapore.

You will need to be prepared to think outside the box, develop best practice and be part of an innovative HR team. As such your role will be to network closely with your manager population to identify requirements and ensure their current and future hiring needs are met.
