Headquartered in the UK, our client is a leading global consultancy firm focused on the asset management, wealth management, and insurance industries. Having experienced substantial growth, they are in search of a Recruitment Manager who is ready to make an impact, hit the ground running, and build out and manage talent acquisition in North America.
The ability to manage a pipeline, achieve set targets, build relationships, and develop and coach is imperative to success in this role. In a culture focused on attitude and style, a qualified candidate will also be solutions oriented, adaptable, collaborative, and entrepreneurial. In addition, the capability to manage stakeholders is essential.
The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of recruiting experience, preferably within financial or professional services, and is ready to take on a more blended role between strategy, recruiting, and development. You will be responsible for helping to construct a recruiting effort in North America, as part of a larger global function, and will have the opportunity for people management.
