We are currently working with one of our longest standing clients to join the team as a Recruitment Coordinator.
Reporting into one of the Senior Recruiters, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process from a coordination perspective - ensuring a high touch and efficient service is delivered throughout.
More specifically, as a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for;
- Liaising with hiring managers to write job specs, set routes to market and manage expectations
- Maintain relationships with agencies - holding briefings
- Manage the interview process by coordinating interviews/managing diaries, delivering feedback and progressing to offer stage
- Working with the wider HR team with relevant project work
- Progressing the firm with their diversity and inclusion strategy
