Recruitment Business Partner
The organisation is a growing life sciences business. Sitting within a small HR team you will run the talent attraction strategy and source top candidates for hiring managers.
You'll have foresight on where the business is growing so that you can make appropriate recommendations for future talent pipelining so that you can offer your hiring managers market updates and information that will guide them through recruitment processes.
This is also a very hands-on role; your job is to head hunt candidates specifically in technical, scientific and specialist roles, you'll engage them in your brand, screen, interview and asses and create solid shortlists for your stakeholders.
Salary is 55-60K plus bonus. Based in West London, some remote working but still heavily weighted on collaborate office based working
