They are looking for a talented Recruitment assessment development lead who will join the business in this newly created role, reporting to the Global recruitment operations manager.
This is a very exciting opportunity for and analytical and process minded individual to support the business as they embark in a new journey. This is a role that would require the incumbent to help design, develop and implement continuous improvement to the firms best practice recruitment assessment methodologies.
As the Recruitment assessment development lead, you will strategise, implement, and deliver core assessment programmes, whilst overseeing and monitoring their effectiveness, driving consistency and objectivity in the assessment process.
Working closely with the firms hiring managers and talent acquisition teams, you will help create and train on new processes ensuring that all processes are inclusive and objective ensuring that the firm are able to recruit a diverse range of people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
The role will have you keeping constant eye on best practice and methodologies whilst keeping up to date with and optimizing current investment in technologies for automation in assessment.
You will use your skills to design and create bespoke assessment and psychometric testing for specific roles or programmes or hiring as required, recruiting, inducting and training new team members as required.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and questioning mindset individual who is confident in speaking and influencing senior stakeholders whist managing expectations.
It would be beneficial to have Experienced in using assessment selection tools and be familiar with multiple different discipline areas of assessment.
Proven experience in developing recruitment processes and assessment would be ideal.
As this role will be assessing recruitment processes across the firm, it would be required that you re able to interpret data from a variety of internal and external sources and have a problem-solving mindset.
