An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our client, as they look to appoint a dedicated recruiter for their business. Our client is a global leader in the marketing and advertising sector offering various services including consulting, research, planning, and strategy.
Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d) - Düsseldorf (Hybrid)
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process
- Providing expertise as a recruitment partner to establish strong relationships with clients and prospective candidates
- Develop sourcing strategies and channels for the network
- Building a sustainable talent pool
- Support in marketing processes and organization of recruitment events
- Undertake cross-functional HR projects with the team
- Keep up with the latest trends in the market in terms of innovation
- Contribute creative ideas to the development of the recruitment marketing process
- Minimum of three years' recruiting and/or active sourcing experience
- Completed bachelor's degree in the relevant fields
- Passionate about networking and communicating with a high degree of commitment and a proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills in German, and good command of English
