Our client, a successful, growing, privately held medical communications consulting firm headquartered in Stamford, is looking to hire 2 Internal Recruiters. The recruitment function has recently been carved out of the responsibilities of the HR business partners and this is a newly created role due to continued growth. The internal recruiters will be reporting to a recently appointed Director of Recruiting who aims to develop a team of passionate recruiters able to embrace the unique and remarkable company and culture.
3+ years of experience recruiting for technical or scientific roles is preferred, as is a great, outgoing personality. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone interested in assisting with the recruitment function and support hi-volume hiring in a rapidly growing organization with a highly people-centric culture. The role will be a bit more flexible than what you see in a traditional organization and is looking for someone with more of a pipeline mentality. The successful candidate will have strong direct sourcing skills as well as a high evaluative and relational candidate approach.
