My client a Manufacturing business are looking to hire a Recruiter on a permanent basis starting asap.
Working in a busy team of 2 you will be taking responsibility for around 15-20 live roles from shortlist to induction. You will be managing the resourcing needs of the business through effective attraction, selection and induction processes. You will be working alongside stakeholders to conduct competency and case study interviews. A key responsibility will be to build relationships with stakeholders and work with them to meet their recruitment needs. You will be a strong Recruiter who can utilise multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards and referrals) in order to secure the best candidates. In this role you will be supporting the UK on their high-volume recruitment.
The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have strong in-house experience ideally working in FMCG, hospitality, retail or construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background recruiting high volume roles in a fast-paced environment.
