My Client, a worldwide bank is looking for a People Operations Officer to join their HR team in London. You will be required to be the first response to our colleagues' people related queries. This will cover queries across recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, people data and systems understanding.
As a People and Operations Officer, your main focus will be providing an excellent service to our internal customers (colleagues) as this is a critical part of your role. By offering a sustained high service for our colleagues, the role allows our colleagues more time in their day-to-day role, focusing on value-add activities for our banking customers.
Your responsibilities as a People Operations Officer will consist of:
- Recruitment & onboarding
- Employee Relations
- On and Offboarding
- General HR administration duties
- Employee Engagement
- Learning and Development
Requirements for an HR Assistant:
- 2+ years' experience of working as an HR generalist or similar
- Degree level educated (or equivalent)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A strong passion for HR
