A fantastic People Data role is now available at a fast growing Technology business. Having recently floated on the NYSE, this business have huge momentum and now operate in over 15 locations (and growing). As a result they are now ready to hire their first People Data & Systems Partner to help refine all aspects of their People Data capture and reporting. This role will have ownership of all People data, drive accurate and timely reporting, analysis and forecasting and optimise and integrate group use of their People systems thereby helping inform their People and overall business strategy. Main responsibility will be to build and develop their People data and system capability across the business, and there will be ample opportunity to grow the role over time. Key duties will cover:

  • People data strategy. Work with key stakeholders in the People team and wider business to assess People data needs/objectives and build an appropriate roadmap and milestones to meet them.

  • Analysis & reporting. Provide accurate reporting and analysis of People data to the team, including: real-time reporting and analysis of key People data points.

  • Data integrity. Act as 'Data Steward' for the People function, mapping People data and implementing a suitable framework with the People Ops team to ensure that relevant data is accurate, complete and secure within the system.

  • People systems set-up. Help shape the portfolio of People systems, so that the right systems/platforms are implemented and integrated to ensure optimal usage and value.

As a result the business is looking to meet candidates who are passionate about using data to help provide oversight and understanding of a business: someone able to build effective frameworks for regular, timely updating and reporting of key People datasets. Key is strong data analysis and reporting skills: excellent written and verbal communication, including ability to clearly identify key facts/trends and succinctly present and summarise these to a range of audiences. Whilst based in London (West End) this role offers complete home working (if required) and also the option to work part-time (80% of full time hours (37.5 hour week) either over 4 days or reduced hours across 5 days.
