Our client is an international leading consultancy company in communications strategy which works exclusively with the CEOs and senior executives of the world's leading companies.

People & Operations Coordinator - Germany (based in Frankfurt)

The role will play a key part in the daily management of the people and operational needs and the first port of call for all HR queries from staff. The role will also coordinate with other offices to ensure the smooth and professional functioning of all people and operations related requests.

Tasks

  • HR general key operations (payroll, recruitment, training and development)
  • Knowledge, forecast and application of German employment/labour laws
  • Conduct review process, implement managers training and the rollout of employee surveys
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in HR
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of German employment/labour laws
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Fluent in German & English - speaking and writing
