We currently have a new and exciting role, with a local group, for a People and Culture Business Partner. The group is going through a transformation project and this is a new role to the team.
Duties will include -
- Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices
- Improving and monitoring employee productivity
- Structuring compensation and benefit packages
- Managing staff wellness initiatives
- Evaluating staffing needs
- Overseeing recruitment efforts
- Managing and allocating HR funds
- Liaising with senior stakeholders
The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of business functions, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and good organizational skills.
